The Rehabilitation Unit of Mental Health visited Cartagena last Thursday February 27 facilities Quarrying Occupational Center to see first hand the activities of their patients-users.
Job Healthy Students Program, managed by the Agency of Local Development and Employment, are or have been patients of this Rehabilitation Unit.
Also, still undergoing maintenance and adaptation of spaces Quarrying Occupational Center.
As a novelty, Healthy Employment program is collaborating with the Department of Sports doing bricklaying, plumbing and maintenance of sports halls Canteras, Los Molinos Marfagones, Llano del Beal, Los Dolores.
With Healthy Employment program, the Agency of Local Development and Employment aims to improve the chances of social integration of people with mental illness and drug addicts with mental comorbidity, by conducting pre-employment workshops and various activities fostering autonomy, independence and social integration of this group.
