Customers Market Santa Florentina have a reduced parking rate (28/02/2014)

The Local Government of the City of Cartagena has this morning approved the proposal of Councillor Delegate of Greater Modernization of the Administration, Internal Affairs, Procurement and Heritage, Jose Cabezas, on the approval of the specifications governing the call tendering for underground parking concession Market Santa Florentina.

As explained José Cabezas, the object of this contest will be the upgrading and operating the basement of the market, for the dealer, once awarded, will have a term of four months.

The basement of the municipal market, located in the Juan Fernández, has an area of about 1,900 square meters and can accommodate 46 parking spaces.

The grant is fixed for a period of 15 years, in which the grantee must take supplies of water and electricity and the corresponding municipal taxes.

The annual fee will be 30,000 euros upwards.

One of the highlights will be the reduced rates that customers enjoy the square, as it is commonly known, as may park at 1 euro an hour, for up to two hours.

For all other users the fee is 1.16 euros an hour.

Will also be a B o 50 per month for overnight parking, with a maximum of 36 seats.

The hours will be 24 pm Monday through Saturday and holidays to market open.

Once approved by the Governing Board, is expected in a few days made the official publication of the call for companies to submit bids.

BATTERY COLLECTION

In another vein, the proposal of the Town Planning and Infrastructure, Francisco Espejo, the Governing Board has given the green light to a collaboration agreement with the Foundation Ecopilas implementation of separate collection of waste batteries and accumulators.

Through this agreement, the City shall provide Ecopilas for treatment and recycling all batteries and accumulators currently collected through a network of street furniture, clean two fixed points, three mobile recycling centers and Treatment Plant and Disposal Solid Waste Urban as well as from buildings and municipal services.

Ecopilas well as provide all necessary logistics to the point of storage to collect batteries and accumulators, the municipality paid 504.7 per tonne.

EXPIRY OF JOHN XXIII ARCADES
