A score of young Italians learn to be entrepreneurs in Cartagena (14/02/2014)

Twenty young Italian province of Alessandria landed yesterday in Cartagena through the Comenius Regio Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow to meet other students from Cartagena project. Agency Local Employment Development (ALDE), the Department of Employment, University Polytechnic Institute and Isaac Peral leading local program funded by the European Union.

Jobs Councilman Joaquin Mowing, received on Friday at the Palace Hall youth who were accompanied by their teachers and project managers.

The group, which appreciated the welcome gifts more representative of his province, have also visited the facilities of this landmark building in Cartagena.

The objective of this program is to build connecting links for projects and collaborations in the future employment, explained the mayor.

And it shows through the various activities organized for these students, as these days takes place in Cartagena.

Between yesterday and today students received several training workshops to encourage entrepreneurship. Sessions will take place in the Graduate Hall School of Telecommunications, in Antigones.

It's a good way to Italy and Spain come together in this project, as our young people need options go out and find a decent job, Mignone said Nuria, the provincial coordinator of this program in Alessandria.

Students also take advantage of their visit to Cartagena for the most emblematic sights of the city, like the Teatro Romano.

The project has already developed prior training in technologies to foster entrepreneurship in adolescents, aimed at teachers of compulsory education institutes, who has given them the tools and knowledge needed in tic strategies from the world's mobile applications understood as a business, to creating blogs and video channel on YouTube, as well as different economic plan to seek investment and business tools.

The trainers have been responsible for the technology incubator Incubetor Club Hub.

Last October, the ALDE began developing the next two years until the Comenius Regio Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow project, approved by the Autonomous Agency for European Educational Programmes and funding by the European Union, with a total budget of 29,500 euros.

Completed in 2015 and also has European partners, with the aim of promoting an active culture that fosters business and entrepreneurship in the field of ICTs, so that a change of mind is conducive to youth to another alternative, compared to gainful employment and unemployment.
