Fun Weekends with Cartagena Port of Cultures (23/01/2014)

Cartagena Port of Cultures has organized a program to ctivities for weekends in February and March, which will allow the whole family d escubrir the sites and museums in a fun and dynamic way.

To make a success of marriage Museums and Fun, these activities relate and contextualize historical and famous places of the city with games to search, explore, discover and learn, making contact with museum spaces in an enriching learning experience and enjoyment personnel.

These activities are:

Small Spies.

Morse Code.

Refugio Civil War museum.

Children will become true spies, looking for hidden messages in the galleries and passages of Refuge Museum of the Civil War.

To transform them into characters incognito, they dressing like real spies, following maps and discovering hidden messages encrypted codes.

Finally, the child will be introduced in learning Morse code using sound and light signals, essential for secret communications, allowing sending messages in unusual situations.

Giant Chess Gymkhana in the Castillo de la Concepción.

A Giant Chess will provide clues to the little ones to discover the meaning of each record reflecting the medieval society.

King, queen, nobility, etc - Through this ancient game each character will relate.
