The Youth Council has organized through IMPLICA2 program and the European Voluntary Service (EVS), a workshop on Flowers against Gender Violence, which will develop tomorrow Tuesday, November 12 at 12 am in the Local Day Care Center Escámez Alfonso Senior, managing Messengers of Peace in the council of El Algar.
The aim of the workshop is twofold: first, to involve older people in everyday social issues, and on the other, encourage joint activities among young people and the elderly.
Once the volunteers teach people over this center to make these paper flowers, will leave enough material to keep doing these flowers in his spare time until Friday November 22, which will come accompanied with young volunteers to distribute these paper flowers on the weekly market of the deputation to try to raise awareness of the importance of the fight against gender violence.
