Youth Councillor has welcomed this morning the two cartageneras who have just finished volunteering in Belgium and Bulgaria, while it has received six new European for nine months work with the Department of Youth and Life + Project

I have far exceeded my expectations. With these words and with a huge smile on his face summed up his journey voluntary Ana Belén two months in Belgium, a country he has just returned and which has been working in animal rescue center specializing in birds.

She is one of two Cartagena, next to Marina, who this morning has been received at the Town Hall by the Youth Councillor, Ruth Collins, after passing through the European Voluntary Service (EVS), managed by the Youth Space and directed people between 18 and 30.

Learn aiding or assisting learning, no matter the combination taking into account the mathematical rule that the order of the factors does not change the product, is the key to success of this program presented an excellent opportunity for young people from crossing Cartagena national boundaries and delve into other cultures and customs, engage in new social relations, while extending and put into practice their knowledge, collaborating with a good cause.

These personal and professional concerns are shared by the 12 Cartagena today that are benefiting from this training experience in countries such as Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Italy and Hungary. A jump altruistic given by these young people in the city, at a difficult time by the economic and employment situation in the country, which carries with it a great responsibility, as illustrated by Ana Belén, but that looks pleasantly rewarded because you feel useful.

Feeling similar surfaces in Marina, the second of the Cartagena that just landed in the port city from Bulgaria.'s Work in schools in this European country with disabled children has filled with satisfaction, reason enough not not recommend this training initiative and solidarity to all Cartagena.

These young people are themselves an example that the language barrier is salvageable as evidenced by his stories, since in many cases the communication is seen as the main obstacle for which many refuse this enriching experience.

A collation of the latter, the Councillor for Youth has encouraged young people to go through the Youth Space where they provide information and advice on how to participate in the European Voluntary Service.

CHOOSE SIX NEW EUROPEAN VOLUNTEERS CARTAGENA

Cartagena is not just a city youth station ready to live an experience in another EU country, but also is a recipient of European volunteers enclave choosing the port city as the epicenter of your stay, which will last nine months.

So, with the arrival of the two Cartagena, the Councillor for Youth has also officially welcome the 6 new volunteers who want to join the customs of the city, and that will work in both departments of the Department of Youth and in the Life + Project dedicated to research Tallante Garbancillo.

They arrived earlier this week and are Adél of Hungary to be devoted to the Language Exchange and InfoViaje; Zane arrives Latvia collaborate with Book and Nicola Botica, Italian, will be more integrated into the program IMPLICA2.

For its part, the German Matthias share both the T-LA program as Tallante Garbancillo while Italian and Irish Antonia Jonathan collaborate in the Project Life +.

Precisely the latter has been commissioned to break the ice by being the one who had a higher level of Spanish, as reported by Maria Angeles Ortiz, technical manager EVS Youth Space. We liked the city and the people are very friendly , while he referred to his work in the city, noting that the Garbancillo of Tallante is a species in danger of extinction.
