The Foundation Manager Cartagena Convention Bureau and Councillor for Culture of the City of Cartagena, Maria del Rosario Montero, delivered in the morning yesterday, Wednesday July 31, for a donation of $ 750 to St. Lucia FORIIN president , the Association for Childhood Research and Training, Carolina Diaz.
