Many young people are already enjoying their summer holidays and with them more free time.

For this reason, programming T-LA Program Summer (Alternative Recreation) of the Youth Council of the City of Cartagena is presented as a fun and educational opportunity to avoid boredom in the summer season.

U-LA BALANCE SPRING

Around 3,000 young people participated in the activities of T-LA Program Spring, which will join the thousand people who gathered at the meeting held at the Plaza Interasociativo John XXIII on June 1.
