Emergency services move a child from 32 months to Santa Lucia hospital after suffering a dip syndrome Playa Paraiso (22/06/2013)

The Emergency Coordination Center 1-1-2 Murcia has received an emergency call at 16:07 h.

noting that some swimmers just caught a child of 32 months from the water after having swallowed a lot of water and found semiconscious.

The incident occurred in Playa Paraiso in the municipality of Cartagena, and immediately the municipal Emergency Service Cartagena has sent a lifeguard, a quad and a nurse who has begun to perform first aid, therefore the child vomited the water he had in his lungs.

Later've arrived Medical Unit Murcia Health Service (EMU) after stabilizing the child has moved to the same hospital of Santa Lucia.

The child is under observation in the hospital being its stable state and there is no risk to your life.
