The coordinator of Union Progress and Democracy (UPyD) in Cartagena, Fulgencio Egea, has urged the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, to convene the full City to a "general discussion on the performance of the Board of Governors" to "discuss, analyze and reflect widely "the problems of the residents and the Municipal Government action.
The magenta training coordinator believes that "can not miss" to analyze and reflect on the state in which the city is located and the policies of the Party and the Organic Regulation allows full City Council.
"Pilar Barreiro has to take responsibility, and to convene a plenary that should be held every year, and not celebrated."
UPyD further criticized the opposition, despite having no need to request third debate, has not shown interest in applying for a discussion as required by the social drama, as well as to stop the civil unrest that is growing every day, showing one full City willing to discuss at length the concerns of the neighbors, by a lack of political will.
Egea, recalled that his training called a few months ago to put in place measures to increase local participation and transparency in a Consistory "tight", away from the neighbors, and to stand before the problems of the city and has proposed that the neighbors can realize the full questions, and be recorded in the minutes of the session to restore confidence in the institutions.
