The People's University of the Culture Department of the City of Cartagena ends this week the activities that have been conducted in collaboration with the Spanish Federation of Popular Universities and the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality.
Thus, and since last February, have completed three projects: socio intervention with women, youth employability, and participation of groups at risk or social exclusion.
Around five hundred people have participated in diverse activities such as training courses in languages, tourism and new technologies to find a job, recycling and customization of clothing or literary meetings. Were also given workshops on how to save, how to create with his hands everyday objects from reusable materials, or sociocultural intervention activities by working with emotions.
