Between strings and brass 2013 and has winners (03/05/2013)

Once again, the classical music competition between strings and brass finished with a close result by the quality of the performances of young musicians who have participated in this edition.

The final winners in the various modalities, have collected his award at the closing ceremony that took place this evening at the Auditorium and Congress Palace of El Batel, and which have been the councilors of Culture and Youth , Rosario Montero and Ruth Collins, along with the director of the Conservatory, Maria Angeles Bres.

Distinctions have been delivered, upon actuation of Elias Romero Clares, winning First Prize in the category of percussion of last year, along with the Cartagena Chamber Orchestra directed by Gonzalo Berná Pic.

Thus, Woodwinds mode the first prize went to Daniel Gomez Barbera, in Brass David Pérez Giménez, in Rope, ex aequo, to Francisco Javier Albarracin Abellán and Mark Lopez Martinez, in Piano, ex aequo, to Rosana Guirado Puche Piñero and Paula Bernal on guitar for Jesus Ortega Martinez, in Canto, Pablo Martínez Gil, and Percussion, for Jose Jorge Miñarro Sanchez.

The finishing touch put Conservatory Symphony Orchestra Music in Cartagena, directed by Andrés Pérez é Barnabas, who has played the Dance Bacchanale from Samson and Delilah by Camille Saint-Saul 'ns and Maurice Ravel's Bolero.

The competition between strings and brass, organized by the Youth Council and the Conservatory of Music in Cartagena, aims to give the opportunity to other young performers in the Region of Murcia to be known and spread the music.
