The Municipal Library Network Cartagena has designed a program on the occasion of World Book Day, which is tomorrow, and where major developments will be the workshop of Creative Writing and Literary Route for Cartagena

For the fifth consecutive year, the April programming Book, organized by the Municipal Libraries Network Cartagena, in collaboration with the City Council, has already started.
