Open Enrolment of Photography Competition II Archaeological Museum (26/03/2013)

The Municipal Archaeological Museum Enrique Escudero de Castro, in collaboration with the Federation of troops and legions of the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans, has launched the second edition of the Museum Photo Contest, to be held on April 14.

The maximum enrollment to be registered for this contest is 200 and, since yesterday Monday until April 11, the deadline will be open to perform.

The competition has been organized in two ways, Let us see how we see and Click.

Photographs of the first embodiment will be held at the Museum, between 10.00 and 11.30 hours, and will focus on the necropolis and permanent inner collection.

As for the second mode, the snapshots will be conducted through a tour of the city, led by members of the troops and legions, between 11.30 and 14.30 hours.

Once made, the pictures will be loaded into the Museum's website from 15 to 18 April, where they will remain exposed for a vote between 18 April and 10 May, becoming known the jury's decision on May 18 through Site www.museoarqueologicocartagena.es and facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/MuseoArqueologicoCartagena Thus, images are eterán both a jury and the public in general.

As for prizes, the contest will be two for each mode, the Jury, $ 200, and the Public, 100 euros and can be forfeited if the work does not meet sufficient quality.

When choosing, the jury will consider a number of criteria, such as style, or narrative expression, with particular emphasis on creativity, the pose and the proper placement of the elements.
