PSRM general secretary, Rafael González Tovar, with Secretary General of the PSOE in Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón and other socialist leaders, along with deputies from Cartagena, and Antonio Martinez Rosique Teresa Bernal, last Friday visited the neighborhoods of New Cartagena and Urbanization Mediterranean.
