The result of collaboration between City Hall and the entity will be held from 24 to 26 October, a conference that included three workshops on memory, sleep and self-esteem, and a training program for caregivers
The City of Cartagena, through the Municipal Institute of Social Services, and the Caja Mediterráneo, have organized the Week of Empowerment Development in Seniors, a conference, under the title Activate Your Life will be held from 24 to 26 October.
Topics such as improved memory performance, how to sleep well or building self-esteem, are to be developed in the workshops to be held three days, to which must be added a Caregiver Training program in two sessions will be on Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25.
All activities will be taught by professionals and psychologists, in the building of the Miraculous.'s Clasura and presented diplomas to the major participants is Friday 26th at 12.30 hours.
