The neighborhood of San Ginés celebrates the old pattern of Cartagena (24/08/2012)

The fervor to San Gines de la Jara, former boss of Cartagena, is kept alive over the years by a procession of content and other acts playful and more religious in nature taking place in the neighborhood of San Ginés.

The procession was held last Saturday, August 18, in a lively and festive took participants to tour various sites in the area of ​​Cartagena, to rest and finish the festive celebration in the grounds of the Rambla de Benipila.

The events organized by the Brotherhood of San Ginés Romeros, in collaboration with the Department of the City of Cartagena Festivities continue Friday August 24, at 20.30 pm, with a parade in which they may participate with regional costumes, and an offering of flowers, followed by the opening speech at the parish church in the neighborhood, on the street Engineer Cierva, by Rafael Ruiz Butter, an act that will attend District Councilman Juan Jose Martinez.
