Local police have seized on several interventions during May and June, numerous audiovisual materials, among which were 812 CDs and DVDs as well as objects of prestige brands counterfeited: 25 boxes of perfume, sunglasses 100, 30 slips and 50 poles, as well as watches and other apparel.
Also, the officers within the Markets unit also seized large amount of perishable products, with about 700 kilos of vegetables, fruit and potatoes, which were sold without license and were turned over to the hospitality of Santa Teresa.
Local police monitors and controls every day this type of illegal activities, especially in markets such as Cabo de Palos, where last June 17 was located and intercepted a vehicle loaded with numerous nurse merchandise ready to be distributed to vendors , the majority of Nigerian origin.
