Well Strait celebrates spring (18/05/2012)

During the second half of May, the Galileans celebrated the arrival of the month of flowers with sports activities, children's workshops, contests and various shows, culminating on May 27 with a firework display

The town of Cartagena de Pozo Strait is in full celebration of their 2012 Spring Festival, parties that last from 12 to 27 May, with all kinds of activities for the enjoyment of the Galileans and visitors.

This night is going through one of the highlights of this holiday, the Coronation of Queens Parade and 2012, the Proclamation read by the sculptor Andrew Burgess fructose, event to be held at 22.00 am in the Garden of Fairground Paco Saura and will be attended by councilors of Celebration, Florentina Garcia Vargas, Women, Clara Heredia District, Alonso Gomez and Tourism Palazón Carolina.

Starting tomorrow, Saturday May 20, the program includes sports, as I Paddle Championship, the XI Trophy Mountain Biking, Music, Flowers, and football matches.

There will also be live music and dancing, games and children's workshops, masses and processions and gastronomic events that share the neighbors.

Another major events will take place on Wednesday 23, with the delivery of Galileo's distinction of the Year and Golden Plough Campo de Cartagena, to be attended by the Councillor for Decentralization, Ã ngel Nicolas Bernal, and the Councillor for Tourism, Palazón Carolina.
