Providers until late rush to join the Pay Plan (20/04/2012)

Warnings released by the Department of Finance on Wednesday 18 April, that many of the largest municipal outstanding invoices prior to January 1, 2012 could stay out of the Pay Plan of the Ministry of Finance if not filled out the process accession has taken effect.
