The Comedy Contest XIV La Palma ends with the closing ceremony to be held on Saturday 25 February, from 20.30 hours and will be attended by the aldermen of Decentralization, Nicholas à ngel Bernal and District Camarzana Isaiah.
During the act, just after the performance of Sparrow, Alfonso Paso, in charge of the Cultural Association Now Teatro de La Palma, will be held the trophy to the winners, awards for best actor, actress, Actor, actress and address, they will get a bronze statue by the sculptor Defruc Mayte.
Three plays by so many groups are represented finalists in the competition: Cartagena Aladroque Theatre presented the play Charley's Aunt by Brandon Thomas; the Murcian The Comic, creating collective work A jealous husband has never rest, and Double K Theatre with The Searcher of Francisco de Quevedo.
Out of competition, the students of Colegio Santa Florentina La Palma also represented on two occasions, the children's play Folktale.
