The Municipal School of Theatre will teach an introductory course to the Comedy dell'Arte.
Classes will be held on 13 and 14 April in the morning and afternoon sessions and will give Gabril Jose Sanchez, a student of the school specializes in improvisation.
Entries can be formalized at the headquarters of the school, located on Calle Lope de Rueda, corner of Carlos III.
The afternoon hours are Monday through Thursday.
The course costs 20 euros for students and alumni of the school and 25 for the rest.
In the course, whose seats are limited to 25 people, will be an introduction to improvisation and knowledge base of characters from the Commedia dell'Arte.
It is not necessary to have prior preparation or knowledge of action.
The teacher, Jose Gabriel Sanchez has studied in Italy and has been a student of Anton Valen, Carles Castillo, Galina Gemma and Matei Matejka in the physical theater, among others.
He currently teaches art at the School of gestural Comedian Actor Antonio Fava in the Stage Internaczionale di Commedia dell'Arte.
