The Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena, through its project The trunk of experience, has organized the II Course for boards of Senior Clubs, training activity which will begin on February 21 and will run in Senior Classroom Building of the Miraculous, from 9.30 to 11.00 hours to completion on 12 June.
This is a course that is offered to the boards so that the largest integrated that they can receive basic information on content relevant to their work in front of the club, for better development.
At present, the municipality of Cartagena has 44 clubs for the elderly.
The contents of this course reflected the adaptation of the various centers to new technologies as well as the daily running of the club, through simple programs for word processing, accounting and database.
We also intend that all care homes have Internet access, in order to facilitate the dissemination of information to improve the relationship of these partnerships with public and private entities.
This action adds to the activities planned by El Baul experience this quarter, as the workshops of numbers and letters, crocheting and quince, and English courses and painting.
