The old station will look like Barrio Peral new year-end (15/02/2012)

We are many months ahead, but there is much work to do.

School students ALDE Workshop are rehabilitating the old station of Pearl District next to the Greenway.

Councilman Employment, Diego Ortega, this morning visited the works to see how they work. Van apace, has assured the mayor after seeing how young they are rehabilitating the building.

The building is to be completed later this year, when the ending Workshop School project, funded by the Employment and Training Service of the Autonomous Community.

So far, 18 young people working in the Apeadero have waterproof cover to prevent leaks and isolated walls.

According to Monitor Contractors, Welcome Ramirez, now the boys are doing a suspended floor to isolate dampness.

There is still inside the building to reform and build the units as toilets.

Workshop School has trained 43 students aged between 16 and 25 years with no education, they learned a trade and also to act in the old Barrio Apeadero Peral have amended the Plaza de la Merced.

The School has consisted of five workshops, two of masonry, a facility, other carpentry and other landscaping.

The trades have been taught that young people have been the electrician, mason and carpenter.
