Social Care reinforce assistance to the indigent by the cold wave (01/02/2012)

Staying in the street has become a tough task this week for the homeless.

Siberian cold snap has forced the Department of Social Services to strengthen its assistance, in winter, given to the homeless.

The volunteers of Caritas, Red Cross and Social Services daily serving 25 homeless and seek them blankets, warm clothes and food for the night.
