A student of the Polytechnic won the contest RAP (19/12/2011)

Jorge Arilla, Polytechnic students from IES, is already preparing to leave our bags for a weekend to Granada with the program T-LA.

Arilla has won this morning the first prize in rap lyrics, which organized the Youth Council to celebrate Human Rights Day.

The event was this morning in the auditorium of the Cultural Center Luzzy Ramon Alonso.

A Youth Councillor, Ruth Collado, has served on the jury who chose the winner and Squirrel left second to Paul Vivancos, student Jiménez de la Espada.

After the nine contestants and while the jury deliberated, acted two students from IES Los Molinos and rapper Kaze.

The participants, who were between 13 and 17 years, belonged to Ben Arabi schools, Juan Sebastian Elcano, San Vicente de Paul, Jiménez de la Espada, Isaac Peral, Los Molinos and the Polytechnic.

The jury praised the content and message of the music, which should be related to human rights and include the words life, equality, justice, freedom and respect.

According to the competition rules, would be allowed to contest all young people aged between 13 and 25 years and who were enrolled in ESO, Baccalaureate or FP in any school in the municipality of Cartagena.

With the contest ending all activities that the Youth Council, through the IDEAS program has fostered around the International Day of Human Rights.
