The training course of Memory for the elderly and suffering from fibromyalgia, organized by the Municipal Social Services City of Cartagena, came to an end on Thursday.

A total of 50 people participated in this training, which has developed between 6 October to 15 December in the classrooms of the building The Miracle, which aims to strengthen the capacity of memory, visual acuity and encourage exercise concentrating ability of the elderly.

Thus, there is the opportunity for these people to regain mental efficiency that allows them to carry a personal and social life more active, including during several techniques that improve the quality of life of patients with Fibromyalgia.
