Currently only occurs in Catalonia and Madrid universities and private schools in Zaragoza and à vila, explains Antonio García Inspector Ruiz, director of the ESPAC.

The course teaches officers to enforce the laws of Newtonian physics for accident reconstruction.

In cases of abuse, as explained by García Ruíz, you can find out what caused the accident by studying the concepts of acceleration, power shift, force of friction, center of mass, and so on.

Police work first on the scene studying the damage to the vehicle and the hit, the distance between them, the traces of braking or acceleration, etc..

and then applies the laws of physics in the laboratory.

Thus, according to the director of the ESPAC, one could reconstruct the accident at about 5 or 6 hours and prepare a report for the inquest.
