Next Wednesday, November 23, from 18 hours, will take place in the Youth Resource Centre a talk on the existing municipal resources to alleviate the gender abuse and what actions and attitudes we should adopt if we witness any type of abuse of this nature.
The social worker, psychologist and attorney of CAVI (Center for Victims of Gender Violence) of the Department of Women of the City of Cartagena, expose existing municipal resources and provide participants with different keys to use if we are aware some form of gender abuse.
Unfortunately, most people have witnessed a situation of abuse towards women.
Despite advances, there are still many stereotypes and prejudices towards women and their condition.
At home, in the workplace and students in economics, in politics, media or sports competitions.
And all too often silent, and even what we assume it is normal, it is established.
Learn and demonstrate publicly that it is normal to have sexual equality, it is the duty of all citizens and the goal it has set this chat conversation, framed within the program of activities organized by Department of Women and Youth to commemorate the International Day for the Eradication of Gender Violence.
