The Bureau of Markets, under the Department of Public Safety, Public Roads and Historical Center, opened the hearing process to holders of posts of the municipal markets to justify the absences recorded over the year.
The municipal department has indicated that this procedure is done in the next allotment of seats in 2012 and in accordance with the Local Police report that tells the absences of incumbents in each of the markets.
Municipal Ordinance to Regulate the Practice of Sale permanent business establishment outside and the Annual Sales Plan establishes a maximum of seven absences allowed in the case of the summer and 18 for the year.
The ratio of jobs that have exceeded the number of faults, some 140, will be published on the municipal bulletin board because of the difficulty involved personally notify this circumstance.
More detailed information of the incumbents and the number of faults to justify be available on the Bureau of Markets of the City Council (Security Park, Union Rd.)
Interested parties will have 10 to November 30 to justify these faults.
After this period without proper justification, will result in termination of the authorization for the space.
