The Agency for Local Development and Employment has opened this week the deadline for submitting applications for enrollment in English courses Professional Customer Service in Hospitality and Professional English for Customer Service in Commerce, period ending on Friday October 21.
Both training activities will take place during the month of November and are aimed at people unemployed and active workers.
The 15 selected students will receive specific training of 20 hours in specific English in the field of Hospitality and Trade, delving into issues such as communication with the client in person, by phone, email and the ability to tailor the signage the business.
To participate in these courses, all interested persons should contact the Agency for Local Development and Employment, located on Calle Caridad 1, to complete the registration form.
