Step wheel crossing the avenue has been removed as part of the activities of the proposed implementation of a waste water collection and urban redevelopment area, which has been underway since early this year
The progress of the construction works of a wastewater collection in the eastern and urban redevelopment Ronda Avenue Union City, has led in recent days to the removal of the footbridge crossing the street driving, just as planned in the project, which was launched in early 2011.
This step, intended to promote pedestrian communication between the Eixample and the Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood without interfering with vehicular traffic and avoiding abuses, did not succeed and, given the limited use of the infrastructure, it was decided the suppression of itself, which has now been carried out taking advantage of works in the area.
Along with this performance also continues construction well advanced, two roundabouts, one at the intersection of Ronda city of Murcia Union Avenue, and another street in Soller, in order to provide flow and safety in a high traffic area.
