Laughter Therapy for foreigners in the Teatro Romano (19/08/2011)

The Federation of Carthaginians and Romans, in collaboration with the Department of Celebration, has organized this activity for students of Spanish language FUNCARELE Foundation for Teaching Language and Spanish Culture

The Federation of Carthaginians and Romans, in collaboration with the Department of Celebrations of the City of Cartagena, has organized an activity of laughter therapy to a score of foreign students attending Spanish language courses.

Participants are members of the Cartagena Foundation for Teaching Language and Spanish Culture (FUNCARELE), accredited by the Cervantes Institute.

From within the Roman Theatre and dressed in costumes typical of Carthaginians and Romans, these students have shown how to have fun and learn at the same time the three millennium old history of our city.

The activity, which was held yesterday on Thursday August 18, began with a guided tour of the Roman Theatre Museum and then a fun game of Laughter Therapy uploaded to the scene of the Theatre.

With these activities, festive contribute our grain of sand as we believe that the story told by our parties can be another reason for visitors to fall in love with our city three millennium old and encourage their compatriots to visit us, says Nestor Jorge Giuliodoro responsible for the activity from the Federation troops and legions.

FUNCARELE also organizes many cultural activities for students, as a visit to Guild which took place on August 10 at the Mount of Ashes where they visited the Military Battery and Calzada.

Students participated in the trip from Germany, Russia, Korea, Taiwan, Ireland and England.

They were also given a copy of the Official Journal of the Carthaginians and Romans Festival of 2011editado in Spanish and English.

Among the activities being carried out periodically by the Foundation emphasizes the Coffee Hour and evening, held the first Friday of each month, and participatory workshops where you put together what they learned, held the last Friday of every month .
