Space Education, launched by the Department of Youth of the City of Cartagena has attended the past two years to a total of 3898 people, mostly young people seeking advice on the education system to resume studies and decide what kind of training will improve your professional future.
The most common inquiries are focused on completing secondary studies, evidence of access to intermediate and higher vocational training and testing access to the University.
In addition, the total complaints received in Space Education, 22% came from foreigners wishing to validate or approve an educational title in Spain.
They come mostly from Latin America (Ecuador, Colombia and Bolivia in particular), Morocco and Eastern European countries like Romania and Ukraine.
The recognition of foreign degrees, both undergraduates and ESO or Bachiller, means the recognition by the Ministry of Education that the person can continue their studies at another level in the Spanish educational system.
Space Education reports the procedure, complex, following a request for approval of qualifications and, in addition to the diploma officially approved, must submit the Academic Certificate Personal or transcript attesting to courses taken, grades, number of hours and academic years made.
This process is similar in the case of Spanish who want their studies to be recognized in other foreign countries.
