The Governing Board initially approved the development of future public park Ensanche (15/07/2011)

The local governing board, meeting this morning, has given the green light to the proposed Town Planning on the initial approval of the Action Plan of the AU Ensanche No 13 presented by the trade of the Kingdom of Valencia Inversora SL., which will involve the development environment and creating a public park on land located between the municipal building next to the UNED and the NH.

The whole plot covers a total of 26,800 square meters, between the streets of Soller, Ciudadela and Mahon, of which 14,790 will go to public park and 5,600, which is located next to the school plot Antonio Arevalo, a tertiary uses.
