SPCT as approved its Fourth General Assembly has set its youth organization.
So in yesterday, it launched the Youth Association "Youth of Socialists in Cartagena," which will have as chief Daniel Gomez Salcedo.
Daniel Gomez Salcedo was born 19 years ago, currently living in Slum Lady of Charity, and works in the office of a procurator and technical management.
JSPCT born with 12 members and has set as its main objective information and education of young people with progressive concerns.
The current context of economic crisis and the suffering youth disaffection from politics, is more necessary than ever, the implementation of initiatives to change this trend harmful to democracy in our town.
JSPCT defends its statutes, the protection of the environment, equal rights for all citizens, solidarity with the underprivileged, the defense of the identity of Cartagena in the CARM and firm commitment to public service as a way to articulate a more just society.
JSPCT wants to communicate with younger people using all the tools that new technologies allow us to.
This has launched a Facebook page "Young Socialists in Cartagena" to begin to make themselves known.
Thus the newly formed Executive Committee of JSPCT already working together with SPCT to offer a series of lectures and discussions for the month of September, under the "Alternative", which will launch our political training from September.
Finally from JSPCT, we focus on the unity of action, progressive youth formations of Cartagena to offer young people a different view of Cartagena to that offered by the New Generations of PP.
