The Local Government Committee met this morning to celebrate its inaugural meeting.
The meeting was chaired by the Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, along with the other members of his government team.
The board will comprise nine members: the mayor and council, Joaquín Mowing, which also act as secretary, Nicholas Angel Bernal, Maria del Rosario Montero, Antonio Calderon, Francisco José Espejo, acting as spokesperson, Mariano García Asensio, Fatima Suanzes, acting deputy secretary of Councillor and José Cabezas.
As usual, the rest of council of the government team may attend the meetings of this body, which will have a regular schedule of two weeks, every other Friday of each month.
The first meeting, and regular character, will be held on Friday, June 17.
