Mucho Mas Mayo Festival will begin on Monday May 9th with the Sound Marathon art project, a photographic marathon in which participants must use their imaginations to identify places of historical context of Cartagena through pre-recorded sounds for the group Photo- Sound.
To do this, choose an area of ​​the city and five places where the sound is recorded on them.
The starting point, where will the material to participants, is the Plaza de los Héroes de Cavite.
The sounds are located in five different players, so that the participant hold to go to the place that you think corresponds to the sound heard.
A disposable camera will be awarded by group (2-6 people) for the implementation of sound pictures, and maps with the designated area.
The participant must decipher and interpret these sounds through pictures.
With this project, the artists give a new vision of sound in everyday life, while the assets of the city is exposed in a dynamic and innovative, by sight and hearing, a sense not usually used to recognize spaces.
It is a way to give value to intangible culture.

Maria Albaladejo Clavel.
Was selected to participate in Ikas-Art 2010 (Bilbao) and the Student 1, Exhibition held at the Faculty of Fine Arts.
Currently combining his studies of Fine Arts with the degree of clarinet at the Conservatory.
Aita Salinas.
He has worked at the festival Fotoencuentros in different editions, Manifesta 8 with artist Lauren Grasso, reporter of the newspaper "Here Murcia."
Now belongs to "BRAID" photo project.
