Glyphs in the pedestrian crossings to reduce accidents (04/05/2011)

Continuing the campaign Safe Crossing, the local police has begun to place glyphs on the road that drivers announce the proximity of a pedestrian crossing.

The initiative aims to improve the visibility of certain pedestrian crossings, which previously have been equipped with a solar power leds.

The pictographs are painted on the road, depending on the configuration of the track and signaling there, number two in each direction.
