The bike path that runs along the Calle del Doctor Luis Calandre is composed of small stones which make it impossible to ride scooters, skateboard or any type of skates.
The same problem occurs in the Barrio Peral projected surrounded by gravel and stones very easily slips into avoiding it, again, that is usable by other means of locomotion than the bicycle.
This type of cycle will enable the users of these types of transport re-use sidewalks or roads by the inability to use the bike lane by our City Council, which will ultimately, be redone again, increasing and spending for our consistory, and the lack of service that gives the city of Cartagena.
The Candidate UPyD, Fulgencio Egea believes that in addition to the economy and image, must be taken into account mainly the functionality in a project that will involve a large group of citizens willing to use alternatives to traffic and will allow reducing noise and dust in the center.
