The Mediterranean CEIP La Manga del Mar Menor has been selected for the project to Educapipol driver education, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment, the City of Cartagena by the Department of Education, and the local police and NGOs involved.
This is an innovative project aimed at raising awareness among students about
the importance of observing traffic signals, pedestrian crossings, crossings, lowered the car by the side of the sidewalk or be properly seated in the car.
In addition, it also aims to foster collaboration with transport monitors and respect for the police to regulate traffic, to show that help and protect us, and even kids can learn the patrol cars.
Thus, the 170 kindergarten students will meet on Monday 28 February at the bus down to the greeting of the local police, kicking off a day in which events will play a track bike, delivery and exhibition shields police cars and quads.
