Eleven experts reveal the keys to successfully employed by a company (22/02/2011)

What is coaching, how to channel the energies of a template?

Or what psychological resources managers should use a business?

The answers to these questions will be resolved in the course "Human Resources Development Company, organized by the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT) and Cajamurcia.

The first of the eleven lectures is given tomorrow, Tuesday.

The cycle will continue until April 13.

The course will be attended by eleven experts who will discuss issues such as work-life balance, development of professional skills or how to properly address a selection of staff.

All this from the perspective of everyday activity in an organization can not ignore the people who perform, manage and direct, for they are those who exploit their resources and capabilities, generating strategic assets that help create and sustain competitive advantage and ultimately ensure the survival of the company.
