SPCT COMPLAINTS IN JULY WAS INTENDED THAT THE PP 38 700 EURO ENTRY FEES IN SPORT INFRASTRUCTURE IN 2010 THAT ARE NOT WORKING.

Unfortunately the passage of time has proved right.

SPCT 7 months ago reported that the PP government team made the 2010 municipal budget without any economic rigor, so much wanted to raise nearly € 40,000 for the use of sports facilities in different districts and councils of the municipality, without in some cases been put into operation.

SPCT understands that this conduct of the PP government team of Cartagena, is further evidence of slippage in the government budget that takes Pilar Barreiro.

The government team has only been able to launch during 2010, three of the six facilities for which planned to pay money for using them, and in 3 cases during the month of November so that at best cases have been able to enter a fraction of what they had expected.

SPCT claim that this lack of rigor, municipal accounts out of position and that approach has a negative impact on the management of grassroots sport in our town that remains the Cinderella of the municipal administration of the PP.
