The Socialist former councilmen Contreras Julián García Cartagena died today at the age of 83 after a long illness.

The mayor and the Municipal Corporation have expressed regret and condolences to the family of the former municipal councilor in Cartagena between 1991 and 1995,.

Contreras belonged to the government team of Mayor Jose Antonio Alonso, ranking during this period, the delegation of Urbanism.

The chapel is now installed in the morgue Estavesa, on Paseo de Alfonso XIII, where on Thursday, at 16 hours will be held the funeral.
