Fans of classical music in Cartagena are in luck.
Tomorrow, Thursday January 13 at 20:30 pm, the Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia offer Nuevo Teatro Circo in the first concert of its cycle of fertilizer in the port city.
A concert marking the premiere and is part of the program that the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena Cartagena held in the theater.
Such is the case of Nadia El Album by Joan Enric Canet, or Kozertstück for four horns, Schumann, which will be performed for the first time in our region.
For this last work will be undertaken with the participation of a prestigious quartet of horn players, led by Stefan Dohr, soloist with the Berlin Philharmonic, who will be accompanied by Nury Guarnaschelli, Xiao-Ming Han and Sarah Willis.
This first concert will culminate with the Symphony in E minor from one of the quintessential Cartagena composers, Manuel Manrique de Lara, whose score has been reissued recently, allowing its presentation to the public, under the direction of Maestro Knee, conductor and artistic director the Symphony.
