The Local Government has begun processing the proposal made by the Football Association in the Region of Murcia (FFRM) and approved the specifications and call for an open competition for the drafting of construction and subsequent operation by administrative concession, underground parking, a sports complex and a building plot in the World 82.
As explained by the council of the area of Finance and Personnel, José Cabezas, the action does not involve any financial outlay for the municipality and abracrá surface area of about 15,000 square meters, municipal property, currently occupied by football fields.
The future underground parking should have a minimum capacity of 400 seats in a single plant.
The sports complex will consist of a football field with bleachers 11, ten paddle courts, an indoor pool, gym and other civic and social facilities.
Finally the office building will be attached to sports management.
Although FFRM intends to carry out this project and manage its operation, the City should get tender adjudication and may be other companies or entities.
The deadlines are: you have one month of publication in the official competition of the Region of Murcia, for submission of tenders, and three years to build, from the award.
