120 university seminars Entrepreneurship Outreach (10/12/2010)

A total of 120 students have attended UPCT Outreach seminars Entrepreneurship, which have been taught in the Faculty of Sciences of the Company from 10 November to 2 December, organized by the Bancaja Young Entrepreneurs - UPCT, the Agency of Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena and Development Agency of Murcia Region to promote the creation of high technology companies.

This initiative has sought to support and encourage, from an academic, that students consider entrepreneurship as a future option, to change their perceptions about possible career opportunities, and learn critical thinking skills.

For this quarter of the 2010/2011 academic year are scheduled three levels of seminars to promote entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture among students UPCT, whose use gives a free elective credit.

SERIES OF SEMINARS ON DISSEMINATING THE ENTREPRENEUR RITU ESPA

It is designed to enable participants to discover their skills as entrepreneurs on their own, enhancing them and thus enhancing development of the distinctive features of entrepreneurship, creativity, risk taking, leadership, motivation, communication, negotiation and decision making teamwork and planning.

With a warm welcome by the university students have organized three levels of 30 students per level:

Level I: Assume challenges, Communication and Teamwork.

Given the broad acceptance of this course has always been created two groups.

Group A and Group B.

Level II: Capacity Monitoring, Taking Risks: Change and Resistance to Change, Mobility and Motivation

Level III: From Idea to Form: Planning without action is a dream, action without planning is destruction.
