Barreiro believes that Zapatero has made the budget debate in a parody (29/10/2010)

The deputy mayor of Cartagena and national, Pilar Barreiro, Zapatero said that using the State Budget to remain in power and his covenant with the Canarian Coalition PNV and the debate has become a "travesty" that remains meaningful presentation amendments.

Barreiro noted that since the People's Party "are tired of amendments to the General State Budget, which are sold before they are put before Parliament, because the most important for the Government of the Nation is to reach agreement with what PNV and Canary Coalition to get approved. "

It should be noted that the covenants agreed between the Government of Spain and the PNV party hurt the rest of Spanish, as Zapatero has given everything to save himself, like breaking the unity of the Social Security, handing over management to the community of the Basque Country.

"In this parody of budgets, what is democracy and the Congress of Deputies, the PP has filed a counter-opinion, asking that those budgets are returned to where it never should have gone," he stressed.

Barreiro believes the only way to prosper initiatives for the region and the municipality would submit that the amendment as their own socialist and has challenged members of the PSOE to include the construction of Parkinson's Reference Center.

"In our region, the Socialists in Murcia should make an amendment to incorporate the building and the Reference Center Parkinson's, because perhaps those of his own party would understand the need for this center, although I doubt it" announced.

Barreiro recalled that last year the Federation of Municipalities and Provinces of Spain, whose president is a socialist mayor, presented a series of amendments to the budget to give a shot in the municipalities, "however, support the amendments PP approved by the mayors of all political parties and the PSOE were rejected. "

For the mayor "the problems that concern us all administrations and Spanish are not the same as you are concerned about Mr Zapatero, who really cares about is getting political support and to be more months at the Moncloa Palace."

With the political scene, Barreiro has insisted it will continue working to make amendments in the next State Budget 2012.
