The ADLE reach 14,000 users during the second half of the year The Agency held in these months a total of 85 training activities for employees, unemployed, university, business and associations, with the aim of improving their training and facilitate (14/10/2010)

Local Development Agency and Employment has set up during the second half of 2010 a significant number of actions aimed at both the unemployed, as active workers, students, neighborhood associations, businesses, entrepreneurs and traders, with the aim of improving their training, their orientation and their integration into the world of work, both educational and economic and advice.

A total of 85 actions with which it aims to reach about 14,000 users, including 20 vocational training courses for the unemployed in different age bands, 48 orientation workshops for both unemployed and for active workers and students, and 17 seminars and workshops aimed at entrepreneurs, businessmen and university students.

This program has been presented this morning by the Councillor for Youth and Employment, Ruth Collins, who pointed out that given the economic instability, there has been a considerable increase in the number of requests for courses that are going to do, so we tried to increase the supply, as far as possible.

Keep in mind that the development of this Action Plan generates about 100 contract workers work between students, staff and trainers.

From the training area of the ADLE, will develop by June a total of 20 occupational workshops, related to different professions and sectors: information technology, urban maintenance, carpentry, painting, installations, electricity, plumbing, scaffolding, steel structures , masonry, gardening, health guard, health social care for elderly dependents, attention to the Unit, lifeguard, etc..

In addition, the line continues to develop basic computer training, intermediate and advanced for the unemployed and employed workers, with a total of four editions, with a total duration of 24 hours per course, Monday through Thursday from 17 at 20 h.

In November starts the third edition of the Program-BARRIOS ADLE in Algar, El Albujón, Las Lomas del Albujón and Lo Campano, where the unemployed receive occupational training area linked to professional practice through the completion of works in the same neighborhoods.

From the end of the year will start a new edition of EUROEXPERIENCE-ADLE to enable 22 users to perform internships in countries like Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic and Poland.

In this area, the ADLE will carry out a total of 38 workshops distributed programs Fixed and Mobile Classroom Classroom.

It also provides guidance to a total of 2,000 service users via OPEA and service orientation of the ADLE.

Mobile Classroom program perform in schools for a total of 7,000 students.

Classroom Set has scheduled a total of 19 orientation workshops with the participation of some 500 users, both unemployed and employed workers, and that starts in the month of February.

Classroom Barrios has scheduled 6 workshops that will develop guidance for the unemployed in the neighborhoods at the request of neighborhood associations.

It has also been open to the unemployed ELIO space, to provide computer resources and tools for the job search on the premises of the ADLE.

à REA OF BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT

Entrepreneurs will continue to have the check helpline aimed at entrepreneurs entrepreneur starting a business, subsidizing professional advice in collaboration with professional associations.

At the same time continue to offer the Microcredit Program, to promote and support self-employment for people with limited access to funding through the usual channels because of lack of credit history or collateral.

Likewise, acting in college and UPCT with a number close to 800 students through the Outreach program Entrepreneurship, which seeks to encourage students' entrepreneurial skills, which will allow them to face new challenges in personal and professional future.

For the first half and in collaboration with CEEIC have scheduled a total of 8 seminars, which will have 225 users, for the training of businessmen and entrepreneurs divided into three sections: Skills and entrepreneurial skills, new technologies for SMEs and business strategies at the present time.
