A course shows techniques for the development of sustainable agriculture (10/04/2018)

The project Towards a more sustainable agriculture, techniques for reducing the impact of irrigation within and outside the Natura 2000 Network has organized the course for sustainable agriculture: Techniques for the promotion of biodiversity, soil conservation and the minimization of agrochemicals, directed to workers in active of the Region of Murcia, the Valencian Community and Andalusia.

This course, with a total duration of 20 hours, began last Monday, April 9, and is organized with the support of the residents' association of Los Belones.

The Councilor for Quality of Life and Welfare, Obdulia Gómez, attended the inauguration, together with the spokesperson of the Association of Naturalists of the Southeast, ANSE, Pedro García.

The training will end on April 13 but there are still places.

The project is developed by ANSE within the framework of the Empleverde program of the Biodiversity Foundation, an entity under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment, co-financed by the ESF, with the collaboration of the City of Cartagena through the Department of Industry, Tourism, Agriculture, Fishing, Rural Development and Litoral.
